Sarah Kheirallah

Midwife - Osteopath - Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation -

Acupuncturist - Hypnotherapist

Sarah has been practising in London as a midwife with a holistic approach since 2010, both in the NHS and privately.

She is currently working in the private maternity wing of one of London’s world renowned NHS teaching hospitals.

She realised, after graduating from midwifery school in France, that much more could be achieved in women's health by combining traditional care with complementary medicine.

As she travelled and did internships in Asia, North Africa, South America during her studies, she observed, questioned, learnt new ways of practising. She emerged in various cultures embracing various ways of caring for families and friends, of practising conventional medicine along with complementary medicine, of listening and interacting, of caring of the body and mind.

Commonly used together in many countries, conventional and traditional medicine are complementary to each other and offer personalised centred care and are a valuable tool to complement conventional medicine.

Some traditional medicine have been used for more than 2000 years and have shown positive effects with minimal intervention and great patient autonomy.

She decided to further her studies and graduated in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture in 2014 and in Hypnotherapy in 2016. To broaden her knowledge, Sarah has specialised in Gynaecology and Obstetrics Kinesio Taping in 2015, Pelvic floor rehabilitation in 2018. She recently graduated as an osteopath from the University College of Osteopathy, London.

She also works with an american NGO "MEET International", helping improving maternal and neonatal outcomes in a very busy region in Vietnam working collectively with different specialists (psychiatry, anesthetists, nutritionists ....) from around the world.

Sarah enjoys music. She plays violin herself with her sisters and plays in orchestras in the UK and  Europe for charitable causes (celiac disease, migraines...).
