This oil is steam distilled from the flowering heads of the Roman Chamomile plant. The small flower heads used are labor-intensive to grow and pick and yield very little essential oil, which explains the higher price.

How to use:

DIY TIP – Blend 4 drops of Chamomile and 4 drops of Lavender Oil in 2 teaspoons of Sunflower oil and add to warm bath to help soothe the mind and body.

ROOM FRAGRANCE – Chamomile Roman has a warm, sweet, floral scent. Simply add a couple of drops to a diffuser or oil burner to create a balancing atmosphere.
