Yes, we ship to the United States. Deliveries usually take around 8–10 working days with Royal Mail International Tracked, depending on local customs processing.

Please note that certain items we sell (such as nail polishes, fragrances, and aerosols) are classed as hazardous by our shipping partners and therefore cannot be shipped to the United States. In addition, some brands are restricted and cannot be shipped outside of the UK.

From September 2025, U.S. customs duties and taxes must be paid on all imports. To make things easier, from 19th September 2025, we now ship with duties and taxes paid upfront. This means there are no surprise fees when your parcel arrives – the price you pay at checkout is final. For customers who ordered with us between 29th August and 18th September 2025, you may have experimented issues with your parcel shipped with UPS, please accept ours apologies for this. Yes, we ship to all Europe. It can take up to 7 working days, depending on the courier.

Orders shipped to the European Union (including Ireland and Monaco) are sent under the Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme. This means that local VAT is collected at checkout, helping to ensure your order is delivered without additional VAT charges on arrival (for orders under €150).

From 1st July 2026, new EU customs regulations also require a €3 customs duty for each applicable customs tariff category on qualifying orders under €150. To keep the ordering process simple and avoid unexpected charges on delivery, we have incorporated these additional customs costs into our pricing for EU customers. As a result, you should not have any additional customs duties or handling fees to pay when your order is delivered.

For orders over €150, customs duties may apply. Where this is the case, these costs must be paid by the customer directly to the courier before delivery.

Orders shipped outside of the UK and EU are sent on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means you may be liable to pay local sales taxes and customs duties on arrival. Please note that The French Pharmacy cannot advise on the exact amount and cannot accept responsibility for these charges.

We also offer a next day delivery service (£6.99) for faster delivery in UK mainland.

Next day delivery is only available to Mainland UK. Next day delivery will not be offered at checkout for any excluded areas such as Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scottish Lowlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, and a number of England/Scotland Border postcodes.

Cut-off time for next day dispatch is 10:00am (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Yes, if the order is placed before 12 pm weekdays, you will receive it the next day. Our charge for express delivery is £7.99 for up to 2kgs with Royal Mail. 

Same day deliveries are offered for Inner London postcodes only.

Yes, we have a loyalty program called Bisous points. You can earn Bisous points every time you shop in store or online but also for your birthday, writing reviews and referring friends. When you collect 100 Bisous points to receive a £5 voucher to spend anything you fancy.

We will always do our best to provide the best experience and a smooth delivery.

However, on very rare occasions, a parcel can be delayed or lost by the courier.

We will need to wait 21 days from the date of dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item. In the mean time, you can contact us by sending us a mail at: help@thefrenchpharmacy.co.

Yes you can, you can choose at the checkout to pick up your order at on of our stores: at The French Pharmacy at Marylebone.

We are doing our best to prevent any damage to your goods during transit, unfortunately it is possible that on rare occasions, problems may arise. Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged item.

We ask that you do NOT refuse delivery, instead accept the goods and contact us immediately. Refusal may actually result in a delay of the parcel being returned.

We have high standards when it comes to packaging your order however, mistakes do occur from time to time. Please accept our apologies if you have received an incorrect item. We will review each case individually when considering the return of any product; in some cases we may require further information such as pictures so we can choose the best course of action. Our aim is to provide the best solution for you as quickly as possible.

We will need to know your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for return. Upon receipt of these details we will provide you with a unique returns authorisation number and all the necessary information to arrange the return.

Please package the item securely and ensure our returns form is included inside.

You will need to obtain a proof of postage receipt when you send your item to us. Proof of postage does not cost anything but without it we may not be able to process your refund or replacement in the rare event that your item is lost in transit. If you request a replacement and the product is no longer available, we will process a refund back to the original account used to purchase the item.
