How do I earn points?

You can earn Bisous Points when you shop with us, or through selected activities such as referrals.
To explore all available options, simply visit the “Earn Points” section.

How do I redeem my points?

Points can be exchanged for vouchers in the “Redeem Points” section, which can then be applied at checkout.

Do my points expire?

Yes, Bisous Points are designed to reflect an active relationship with us.

Points remain valid for 12 months following your last activity (such as a purchase or redemption).
If there is no activity during this time, unused points will expire on a rolling basis.

We will always send a reminder before this happens.

Why has my balance changed?

Your balance may adjust if:

- an order is returned or cancelled

- a referred order is not completed
