Responsible for multiple functions in the body, including the maintenance of elasticity and firmness of the skin, collagen supports and strengthens hair, skin and nail proteins, creating radiance and glow from the inside out. With organic matcha, its rich and velvety notes make it a real shot of antioxidants (137 times more than a classic green tea).
Ideal for: fine lines & wrinkles, scars, skin lesions, post-partum stretch marks, nails and dull hair
How to use:
Mix 1 dose of collagen per day in 20cl of hot water or milk. You can also add it in all your recipes.
In a beverage: Add to your favorite alternative milk, (iced or hot), in a smoothie, shake or simply diluted in water.
At Breakfast: Add to granola, açai bowls, chia pudding, yogurt or sprinkled on oatmeal.
In baking: Add to cookie, brownie or cake recipes as desired.
