Find nasal sprays uncomfortable to use? The new Otrivine Fine Nasal Mist is designed to provide fast, effective relief from nasal congestion and a runny nose caused by colds - with improved comfort. Featuring a new fine mist nozzle and a shorter, more ergonomic design, it delivers a gentler application and a more comfortable experience compared to previous devices, while the push-button system ensures an easy and accurate dose every time. This dual-action formula combines xylometazoline hydrochloride, which helps open and clear nasal passages by reducing swollen blood vessels, with ipratropium bromide, which reduces excessive nasal mucus production. Together, they provide rapid, targeted relief, with nasal sprays acting up to 6 times faster than traditional decongestant tablets such as pseudoephedrine or phenylephrine.

Warning:

Do not use continuously for more than seven consecutive days. If symptoms persist consult your doctor. Warning: Do not exceed the stated dose. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Each Otrivine pack should be used by one person only to prevent any cross infection. Do not use after the expiry date given. Do not freeze.

How to use: 

For nasal use. For nasal congestion and runny nose. Read the package leaflet before use. Dosage: Adults over 18 years: One spray dose in each nostril maximum 3 times daily for maximum 7 days At least 6 hours should elapse between two doses. Not for use in children under the age of 18 years.

Ingredients:

Active Ingredient: 1 ml contains xylometazoline hydrochloride 0.5 mg, ipratropium bromide 0.6 mg. 1 puff contains 70 micrograms xylometazoline hydrochloride and 84 micrograms ipratropium bromide. Also contains: Disodium edetate, glycerol (85%), purified water as well as hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide (to adjust pH).
