Just one spray up each nostril helps to clear blocked airways and reduce stuffiness, to help you breathe freely through your nose once again.
How to use:
Simply position the nozzle at the entrance to each nostril and give the bottle a gentle squeeze. Breathe in through the nose at the same time. The blocked nose spray is non-drowsy and can offer congestion relief for up to 10 hours, thanks to its active ingredient, Xylometazoline.

Dosage: One spray into each nostril two or three times a day
Age: Adults and Children over 12 years
Comes in a clear, colourless solution. Available in a 15ml spray bottle
Do not exceed the stated dose.
Do not use more than 3 doses in 24 hours.
Remove the plastic cap, insert nozzle into the nostril. Depress the pump by placing the fingers on either side of the nozzle. At the same time, breathe in deeply through the nose. Repeat for the other nostril.
