A targeted soothing cream formulated for irritated skin in adolescents and adults prone to redness and flaking, particularly linked to seborrhoeic dermatitis. Kelual DS Cream helps reduce visible redness, limit scaling and calm discomfort from the very first application.

Powered by a patented purifying complex combining Ciclopirox Olamine and Piroctone Olamine, it works to reduce the proliferation of Malassezia yeast - one of the key factors responsible for redness and scales. Enriched with β-Glycyrrhetinic Acid, its light gel-cream texture hydrates while soothing itching and irritation.

With daily use, it helps prevent recurrence and limit flare-ups, supporting long-term skin comfort.

How to use: 

During the intensive phase - apply once daily for 2 weeks.

During the maintenance phase - apply twice weekly to help prevent recurrence.
