How to use:

Add a teaspoon of herbal tea to a teapot, let infuse for 5 to 7 minutes, then strain. You can also add the water directly to a cup with 1 bag. Use simmering water, ideally at a temperature of 95°C (203°F).

For a cold water brew, we recommend using 3 tablespoons of loose herbal tea per liter (4 cups) of water. Refrigerate for 90 minutes, then strain and pour into a pretty pitcher.
