Spatone® is a naturally occurring, iron-rich water from the mountains of Snowdonia, Wales. Iron helps support a healthy immune system and the normal release of energy*.
Spatone Apple has added vitamin C (ascorbic acid) to aid iron absorption, and a delicious apple flavour.

How to use:
To use, simply take it straight from the sachet. To get the most out of Spatone®, it is advised to take on an empty stomach. It’s best to allow a 30-45 minute gap before eating or drinking.
- Adults & Children over 2 years: Take one sachet daily.
- Pregnant Women: Take two sachets daily.
