Our Shipping Policy: 

1 - Shipping Costs:

Free Delivery For Online Orders Over £35 with Evri

We offer free delivery with Evri for orders placed online where the sub total is £35 or more.

Wherever possible, all UK orders will be processed and sent within 24 hours of receipt.

Please note that we will need to wait 21 days from the date of dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item.

Standard Delivery

The delivery charge with Evri is £3.49 for orders under £35 and free over £35. 

We also propose Royal Mail delivery 48h service for £4.99.

Next Day Delivery (1 to 2 working days)

Cut off time for this service is 10:00am Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

This service is charged as shown below. The charges for this service may vary for telephone orders and will be confirmed at the time you place your order.

Our charge for express delivery is £6.99 for up to 2kgs with Royal Mail 24h service. 

Delivery estimates stated are according to the information provided by the chosen courier, however this is not a guarantee. 

By opting for a faster delivery method, you will receive your parcel faster than standard deliveries.

 If you do need a guaranteed parcel delivery (for any urgent orders) then please contact us via email hello@thefrenchpharmacy.co and we can arrange this for you at a different shipping price.

Please be advised that countable  delivery days are working days, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. 

We reserve the right to contact you with a revised shipping charge if the products ordered are excessively heavy.

2 - Tracking Your Order 

Once you receive an email confirming your order has been shipped, you will be able to track the progress of your delivery. 
You can also do this by going to My Account. Go to Recent Orders > View Order > Track Your Order.

Standard Delivery Tracking 
For Standard Delivery in the UK, you can track your package via the link provided. Once your order is with the courier for final delivery, you should expect to receive it within 3-5 business days. 
For Standard Delivery to all other destinations, your package is fully trackable. You will be able to monitor your shipment until it is received by your local postal service when it will be updated with a Local Tracking Number.

3 - Taxes & Duties 

International Deliveries 
Orders destined for countries outside of the UK are shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. 
DDU (delivery duty unpaid) means you may be liable to pay local sales taxes and customs duties on arrival of our order. Where this is the case, you will need to pay these costs to release your order from customs before it is delivered to you. 
Please note that The French Pharmacy is unable to advise on the amount that this may be and cannot accept responsibility for these costs.

When customs charges (when applicable) are not paid to the courrier in their given timeframe, the item must be returned to the sender.

We will refund the goods returned to us, depending on their state on arrival but won't be able to refund the shipping cost. 

UK VAT will be charged on orders delivered to countries in the United Kingdom. Local VAT applies to orders shipped to other destinations within the UK. 
Australia is exempt from paying UK VAT.

4 - Shipping Restrictions 

Certain items that we sell (Nail Polishes, Fragrances, Aerosols) are classed as 'hazardous' by our shipping partners. We can only deliver hazmat items to these countries: 
Ireland (excludes aerosols) 
Spain (mainland only) 
United Kingdom

Certain Brands are restricted to be sold only in the European area.

5 - International Orders

 International orders are subject to lengthy delays due to the ongoing freight situation.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates for overseas deliveries as they are subject to customs clearance in the destination country. Some items are restricted and cannot be sent abroad. Please feel free to place your order and we will let you know if there is any problem.

The price are subjected to the country destinations and prices updates from the couriers.

They are calculated at Checkout.

If you get a message at Checkout saying that we don’t deliver to your country, please contact us.

6 - Product Variations

Because of our large range and the nature of our product, we cannot guarantee that all items are immediately available. We will let you know if any of the items you have ordered are not in stock and if appropriate will recommend an alternative. This does not affect your statutory rights. Deliveries are subject to stock availability.
