How to use:

DOSAGE

10.5 g / day (one 25 ml level measuring spoon) to be diluted in a mug of hot or cold plant milk (250 ml) and stirred until completely dissolved. To be consumed immediately after preparation.

DURATION AND RESULTS

The first visible results on hair, skin and nails may be seen as early as two months with consistent use*, and should be continued to sustain more lasting effects.

Ingredients (for one dose of 10,5 g) : hydrolysed marine collagen (fish) (10 g), thickener : konjac gum, black pepper seed powder (Piper nigrum L.) (100 mg), acerola fruit extract (Malpighia glabra L.) (90 mg) titrated in vitamin C (12 mg) (i.e. 15% of the RI*), dry extract of turmeric rhizome (Curcuma longa L.) (70 mg) titrated in curcuminoids (65 mg) and curcumin (53 mg).
