Yes, we ship to the United States. It usually takes between 8 and 10 days, depending on the courier and customs clearance.

Certain items that we sell (Nail Polishes, Fragrances, Aerosols) are classed as 'hazardous' by our shipping partners and therefore we cannot sell them for Americans. Furthermore, certain brands are not allowed to be ship in the United States.

Yes, we ship to all Europe. It can take up to 7 working days, depending on the courier.

Orders destined for the European Union (including Ireland and Monaco) are shipped under the IOSS (Import One Stop Shop) scheme. This means that local VAT is collected at checkout, and your order will be delivered without additional taxes or duties at the border (for orders under €150).

For orders over €150, customs duties may apply. Where this is the case, these costs must be paid by the customer directly to the courier before delivery.

The delivery charge is £5.49 for 48h Service and £7.99 for express 24h service.

Yes, if the order is placed before 12 pm weekdays, you will receive it the next day. Our charge for express delivery is £7.99 for up to 2kgs with Royal Mail.

Unfortunately, there can be unforeseen circumstances with couriers and custom check delays (international shipping).

We aim to resolve any issues within 21 days from the dispatch date. To do this, you need to ensure we are told as soon as possible according to the delivery estimate and delay.

We cannot accept any claims or issues passed 80 days from its dispatch date.

Delivery estimates stated are according to the information provided by the chosen courier, however this is not a guarantee. 

By opting for a faster delivery method, you will receive your parcel faster than standard deliveries.

Yes, we have a loyalty program called Bisous points. You can earn Bisous points every time you shop in store or online but also for your birthday, writing reviews and referring friends. When you collect 100 Bisous points to receive a £5 voucher to spend anything you fancy.

We will always do our best to provide the best experience and a smooth delivery.

However, on very rare occasions, a parcel can be delayed or lost by the courier.

We will need to wait 21 days from the date of dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item. In the mean time, you can contact us by sending us a mail at: help@thefrenchpharmacy.co.

It will take up to two weeks and we can ship it to you or you can come pick it up at either stores.

Yes you can, you can choose at the checkout to pick up your order at on of our stores: at The French Pharmacy at Marylebone or at Make me Feel at Clapham.

We are doing our best to prevent any damage to your goods during transit, unfortunately it is possible that on rare occasions, problems may arise. Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged item.

We ask that you do NOT refuse delivery, instead accept the goods and contact us immediately. Refusal may actually result in a delay of the parcel being returned.

We have high standards when it comes to packaging your order however, mistakes do occur from time to time. Please accept our apologies if you have received an incorrect item. We will review each case individually when considering the return of any product; in some cases we may require further information such as pictures so we can choose the best course of action. Our aim is to provide the best solution for you as quickly as possible.

We will need to know your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for return. Upon receipt of these details we will provide you with a unique returns authorisation number and all the necessary information to arrange the return.

Please package the item securely and ensure our returns form is included inside.

You will need to obtain a proof of postage receipt when you send your item to us. Proof of postage does not cost anything but without it we may not be able to process your refund or replacement in the rare event that your item is lost in transit. If you request a replacement and the product is no longer available, we will process a refund back to the original account used to purchase the item.
