Blephasol, Blephasol Duo and Blephaclean are either lotion and wipes which is recommended for the daily hygiene of the eyelids of blepharitis suffers. Blephasol works by removing impurities, dried secretions, stains and make-up from the base of the eyelashes and eyelids.
