How to use:

For best results, take two capsules 15 minutes before your meal (may also be taken after food if prior to mealtime is not possible.) Do not exceed 4 capsules per day. Those with  particular sensitivity to gluten may choose to limit intake of gluten-containing foods, further reducing risk of bloat and inflammation.

For 4 capsules: Wild chicory inulin (1240 mg); coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; prolyl-oligopeptidase (Tolerase® G) (80 mg i.e. 46,400 PPI*); rice protein ; pineapple extract (Ananas comosus (L.) Merr.) (48 mg) titrated in bromelain (120 GDU**); dry extract of ginger root (Zingiber officinale Roscoe) (20 mg) titrated in gingerol (1 mg).
